Viking Ring Odin

War deity Odin was depicted in heroic literature as the defender of heroes and was joined in Valhalla by slain warriors. He received the wolf and the raven as gifts. Sleipnir, his magical horse, was able to speed through the air and across the water.  Among the gods, Odin was the greatest magician and was connected to runes.  He appeared to be a tall, elderly man with a flowing beard and just one eye.
